Been good over the long weekend. Did a hard session on Monday morning. Back to work tomorrow and back to gym as normal. Got some meat in the fridge ready for this weeks dinners.
Protein shake & l'arginine 6am
Gym 6.30 working on lower back and traps. Followed by bcaa. Dinner 12 bacon & turkey salad sandwich Protein shake at 3, bcaa and l'arginine. Chicken , Yorkshire puddings and veg for tea around 5.30 with bcaa. Peanut butter on toast at 10 with zma. 6.30 at the gym to work on chest and biceps.
Protein shake with some bcaa Chicken wings for dinner and bcaa Poached eggs dry brown bread and chicken for tea bcaa Peanut butter on toast at 9.30 Zma before bed Will post weights soon No gym this morning as my muscles are aching.
Porridge at 8.30 5 chicken wings and a snickers at 14:00 Pitta bread and dips 7pm Got the delivery of the protein shake today. I'm certain I have been here before. Sadly I fell off the wagon around Christmas time and it's taken me till now to decide to restart.
2nd day back at the gym this morning still with the muscles aching from the first time. Gym 6.30 working on biceps and chest. Porridge at 8.00. Chicken in breadcrumbs, snickers and melon at 1 Grapes, protein shake at 3 Hotdogs at 6 Rivita with peanut butter at 10.30 Sleep Will Post my weight and size later. I am going to make myself the first subject to experiment on. I have let myself go recently so I am going back to healthy eating and back to the gym. I will post pictures and will give regularly updates via this blog and twitter.

I am not a fitness guru nor am I a qualified trainer, I am an average guy with a keen interest in the overall concept of fitness. I am sick of reading books and magazines with loads of get big arms in 4 days, or lose 2 stone in 1 week. These statments are all well and good but do they work!
